OUR PHILADELPHIA APPROACH

Building a home from the ground up is a different discipline from remodeling. The sequence, the trades, and the inspections all have to line up from the first pour to the final walk, and a missed step early compounds into delays late.

We manage the whole build, coordinating foundation, framing, mechanicals, and finishes under one accountable team. Julian stays on the site and on the schedule so the client always knows where the project stands.

New construction is generally outside the 203(k) program, which is for renovating existing homes. If you are weighing a major renovation against a new build, we can talk through what each path realistically involves.

203(K) FINANCING APPLICABILITY

FINANCING THIS WITH AN FHA 203(K) RENOVATION LOAN?

New Construction and Custom Building can be part of an FHA 203(k) renovation when the work addresses a real repair, health and safety, or structural need in the home you are buying or refinancing. Eliteco Builders writes the detailed itemized bid your lender and 203(k) consultant need, sequences the work to the draw schedule, and coordinates the inspections that release each payment.

Eliteco Builders is a licensed general contractor, not a lender, mortgage broker, or HUD consultant. Loan programs, limits, and eligibility are set by HUD and your lender. Talk to an FHA-approved lender for financing details, and see hud.gov for official guidance.
