ABOUT ELITECO BUILDERS
A family-owned general contracting and construction company based on West Girard Avenue, serving the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Main Line. Owner Julian Hinson leads residential renovations, custom construction, and FHA 203(k) renovation contracting.
SERVING PHILADELPHIA WITH DISCIPLINED CRAFT
Eliteco Builders was established in 2009 with a clear goal: bring structural integrity, transparent communication, and careful craftsmanship to homes and commercial properties across the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Main Line.
Led by owner Julian Hinson, the company has built deep familiarity with the housing stock of the region, from Philadelphia rowhomes and historic masonry to Main Line stone estates and modern framing. Julian's approach combines hands-on jobsite supervision with clear, honest coordination across all phases of construction.
As a family-owned enterprise, our focus is always on long-term client relationships and lasting physical work. We do not cut corners, rush structural milestones, or leave projects half-finished.
